Inter‑School Folk Dance Competition

The inaugural Signature Event of Sagar Public School Ratibad dazzled audiences with an Inter‑School Folk Dance Competition centered on the vibrant Festivals of India on 26th November '2025. Students from various participating schools of Bhopal brought the spirit of India’s rich cultural heritage to life with stunning props, flawless choreography, and boundless creativity. Dr. Shruti Kirti Barik, an ex-full-time artist with Rangshree Little Ballet Troupe and a renowned choreographer, along with Mr. Ashish Sharma, a trained Kathak and Bharatnatyam dancer who also choreographed the Odisha team during the inauguration of the Statue of Unity, were the esteemed judges for the competition. Both of them praised the outstanding performances, noting that the judging was exceptionally tough due to the high caliber of talent on display. Team Sagar Public School Dwarka Dham scored the first position by winning a cash prize of 15000/-, whereas team Sagar Public School Katara Extension was the runner-up, getting a cash prize of 12000/-\r\nThe program reflected the school’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence.\r\nThe event was a spectacular showcase of youthful energy, cultural pride, and artistic brilliance.
